10 hex deadlifts heavy

Farmer carries down and back

Box to box sandbag carries (down and back)

Heavy sled drag (tie to a battle rope and sit down and pull it across the room, might need 45 lbs plate for each foot)

Each person is to adjust the weight for there ability.

One person at a time goes to get timed

Alternate for breaks and enter your best score

Next is GRIP

Heavy axel hold.

Hold in the top of a dead lift, hold for ever.
