focus on what you need, hip flexors, low back, latt .. ask the coach. use foam roll or lax ball.

10 kb swings
30 DU/90 Singles
20 sit ups
20 kb swings
30du/90Singles
30, 40, 50 , 60 etc until you get to 30 minutes
pace yourself.
record overall reps (including jumps)
