do 3×3
then
6×6 at 75-85% of 1rm of back squat
then
take heavy KB into goblet squat.
hold. then tap ground and up for 5×5

Back squat with Chains
3×3 warm up with empty bar and light chains
then
5×5 with 65% of 1rm and heavy chains OR suspended kb.
