couch stretch, lax ball/foam roll the hip,IT band, calves, pvc pass throughs
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
Every 2 minutes, for 30 minutes
10 db snatches (5 each arm)
** if you want more than 25lbs please use kb
record your db/kb snatch reps
if you find yourself not able to complete all ten reps in the 2 min timeframe lower the weight
