About

What Makes KNH Powerhouse Different?

KNH Powerhouse is more than a gym, it’s a community of people dedicated to improving their lives, health, and physical ability. We offer small group sessions led by like-minded coaches who will motivate you, alongside of others, to perform your best. We utilize functional movements that make you stronger for your everyday life inside AND outside of the gym, while creating different workouts every day to keep things exciting.

The high intensity nature of our HIIT workouts produces the most ideal response for your body.  Our creative and fun programming pulls the best of the best from all fields of athletics: endurance, speed training, kettlebells, gymnastics, Olympic and power weightlifting, etc! Everything at KNH PowerHouse can be scaled to your current fitness level–so in a typical class you will see hockey moms next to grandparents next to athletes.

Our goal is to bring elite fitness to every individual, regardless of age or current fitness level. At KNH PowerHouse you will find your true potential. This is not easy. You will leave each session feeling exhilarated and exhausted at the same time!

Mitchell Harquail Head Coach

Mitchell Harquail has been training and competing in numerous activities ever since he can remember.  His love for being active helped him decide to join the United States Marine Corps, where he served 5 years.  He overcame injuries from a helicopter crash in Iraq by applying daily crossfit style workouts and powerlifting.  Mitch fully understands and appreciates what an active lifestyle can do for the mind, body and soul.  He wants to bring his love for fitness to the community and help people improve their lives both physically and mentally.
